This moving service goes above and beyond in EVERY service they provide! 5 stars is an understatement! They are very polite, punctual, flexible, fast moving, and understanding. Very child friendly as well, they did not mind the constant curiosity of my two year old and always had her in smiles as they got the job done. I highly recommend this service to anyone who is moving. They have loading/unloading and even cleaning service to clean out the house to prepare it for the next tenant. These guys are great! We have a large house of stuff to be donated and then a second delivery of items to my home. They showed up on time, were pleasant to work with and easy to communicate with. Cody and Eddie and Tim did a wonderful job of loading the packing the truck, following us to the donation drop off; unloading quite a bit of stuff, including furniture, household goods, clothing, you name it. Then they came to our home and delivered some furniture items and large tubs of assorted paperwork. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!

We had these guys move us about 3 or 4 years ago. They were fast and we were very happy with their exceptional care of our furniture and walls. The price was very reasonable.

I was referred to Honest A's Moving for my recent move and I was extremely happy with their service. They were careful with all of our belongings and really hustled to get the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. These guys Rock! I used them to move from Murrieta to Ventura. They were on time and efficiently loaded my stuff in record time and we had to move my belongings to two locations. Some to my new home and the rest into my storage unit. The guys packed my storage unit do well I was afraid it wouldn't fit but they were amazing and staked it all so well and were so careful. I highly recommend Honest A's they totally came through with a job well done!

I used Hones A's through U-Haul. They gave me a call before the arranged arrival time and told me they were running about 30 minutes late and that was okay. Then when they arrived the two guys were so professional I could not believe how they wrapped the furniture so well and so quickly they even finished 20 minutes before their time was up. I gave them a nice tip telling them it was for moving that heave hide a bed sofa down those stairs. I just cannot say how pleased I was with their service. I must say they exceeded my expectations. They certainly knew their business loading that truck. I highly recommend Honest A's Affordable Moving.

I called Honest A's a day before my scheduled move out. I explained my needs, they listened and provided suggestions and an estimate for their services. They answered all my questions.

On the move day, the men that would work with me on the move had a previous job that kept them over their estimated time of arrival, but I was informed of this beforehand.

Jose and Hector arrived, assessed my move, gave me an overview of the job, and got to it. They took care of everything, worked diligently, safely, and with cautious with all my stuff. Throughout the whole day (6 hours total), they always had a smile and were professional.

My complete belongings, all in perfect condition were delivered to my new place. Nothing missing, nothing damaged. They made sure I had everything where I needed and disassembled/assembled anything that needed to be.

Very happy with the moving experience.

This moving company is outstanding!!! I had a group of 3, Aaron, John and Deshaun and they were the best movers I've ever had. They finished in under the time I requested and were fast and efficient. If I know anyone moving in the area they serve I would recommend them instantly.

My husband and I hired Honest A's to mainly help us move larger items that neither of us could physically move. Since there was a two hour minimum that the guys could work, with just laborers being provided, we had them also move our entire garage full of boxes. Originally I was thinking that I would end up posting a more neutral review, given that there was a slight delay due to circumstances that were out of anyone's control, but their customer service made me change my mind. Aaron personally drove to Hemet to drop off equipment for the move (which had caused a slight delay), and to apologize for the delay. Val was quick to respond to any concerns that I felt needed to be addressed, and to make sure that I was up to date on where the movers were. The two young gentleman who came to move our stuff worked diligently and quickly and had our hutch, curio cabinet, dining room table, fridge, washer, dryer, punching bag and an entire two car garage filled with boxes moved in less than 2.5hrs. Just had Honest A's move us. They arrived on time and they worked very hard and fast. We wanted to make sure to give a shout out to Cory, DeShawn, and Jose. They shrink wrapped everything so as not to scratch furniture or walls. They knew exactly what they were doing and filled up the truck before we knew it. Awesome experience, guys (Ken and DeShawn) worked super hard and super fast. They even moved a heavy couch back down 3 flights of stairs for me after it didn't quite fit. Also moved a fridge and other large pieces into a small garage and pushed it all the way to the back and plugged in my fridge without me asking. Customer service.... can't find enough of it these days and this company's got it. I highly suggest them!!!!

Used Honest A's twice this week. once for a move to Huntington beach, and another move to San Diego. 2 different groups of guys but same work ethic. For my move to SD I had Ernie and Cody. Both guys were polite and had workers and got the job done fast! No complaints and the price was fair. For the Huntington move (I can't remember the names believe it was the owners son and cousin and another gentleman) both once again great services, polite and hustle! This company is great! Highly recommend them!

These guys really are honest! Not to mention kind, respectful and thorough! We moved from OC to Temecula and they had great phone etiquette, communication, and they put in extra hours that weren't planned. They packed the truck like tetris and they also lifted my upright piano just three guys at once! They are very strong but they don't throw your stuff around. They use proper plastic and blankets to wrap up your furniture. They are concerned where each box goes and want to make sure they put stuff in the right place. They accidentally lost one of our screws and they felt terrible and went completely out of their way to rectify. You won't be disappointed!

I looked Honest A's up on Yelp for my girlfriend to move a short distance within Temecula. They had very favorable reviews and upon talking to Aaron, I got the verification I needed. They gave me a great quote and stuck to it without the hidden add-ons during the move itself. Other companies I called had add-ons upon add-ons. This was one simple quote in black and white.

The (3) guys who helped with the move were so on it and focused on the job at hand as well as helped with a couple of smaller tasks willingly. We all worked together making this move very smooth and easy that my girlfriend will hire them again when she moves. Moving is a very stressful endeavor and having someone like Aaron's group take some of the edge off is what makes them awesome.

We also had them do a quick clean-up of the apartment we moved from and Val was very on it and a pleasure to deal and talk with. It's nice to deal with people who are down to earth, very understanding and accommodating.

I would highly recommend Honest A's...simple! I will be using them when I move in San Diego.

Overall, I'd give this company high marks, and would recommend.

Rates for 2 strong guys and a moving truck was $125/hr with a 3 hr minimum. It always takes longer than ya think to move, even when we'll packed, which we were. I figured 4-5 hrs.

Our sitch was going from a 2BR apt to a 2BR townhouse within a very short distance. Third floor for apt and a split lvl for townhouse. Some windy stairwells too.

Our furniture included a master bedroom queen with dressers and end table. All good quality and heavy wood. We also had a day bed, kitchroom set, and a living room set of premium black leather couches...a 4 piece sectional. Let's not forget about two 50 inch TVs.

Everything else packed up in boxes, including kitchen ware, clothes and misc. Well boxed, packed and taped.

When moving time came, scheduled for 9am, there was a hiccup with their truck as it turned out. Started about 2 hrs later. And finished at 5pm. So 6 hours in total.

The guys were strong and relatively experienced. One more so than the other. They bore the brunt of moving the heavy furniture without using straps to help. Management might want to consider arming their movers with better tools.

Nonetheless, the guys packed up the truck securely, moved everything down and up without damaging the furniture or walls along the way. Impressive.

Even on a somewhat cool 60 degree day, they worked up a pretty good sweat. We treated them to subs from Jimmy John's and a $150 tip to split between them, especially because the disassembled and reassembled some of our furniture.

Me having recently injured my knee limited me from helping with the heavy load, but I certainly got a workout in with all the other smaller boxes, etc.

All in all, a hard days work made a lot easier than ks to these guys. Management took .5 hrs off the 6 hour move due to the late start time, and owned up to the issues as opposed to making excuses or blaming the moving guys.

Moving can be one of the most stressful and miserable experiences we suffer. I'm an experienced and seasoned self-mover who has learned that hiring quality movers is some of the best money you can spend. This move in the Riverside area was too far for my proven San Diego County crew (5 moves with Acme Movers) to do economically so I had to find someone local. I selected Aaron from a number of different Yelp reviewed movers because he was available on my move date, and because his quote was competitive and straightforward. Aaron struck me as professional and he didn't try to nickel and dime me with any junk fees like the other guys (time to get to my location at the beginning and travel home at the end, fuel surcharge, etc.). Additionally, my requirement was that his crew load & unload my truck in addition to his, which was no problem for him. His crew of three showed up right on time and ready to do the job. The additional fourth mover we had agreed on never materialized, but Aaron didn't hesitate to adjust the terms of our agreement to make up for the missing guy by adding more time, and still kept me within budget. Jose Sr., Jose Jr., and Roy were superstars on the job. They were proficient, careful, and diligent. Moving for 11 hours is backbreaking work, and in August no less, but they never slowed down. You definitely don't have to worry about these guys lounging around on coffee breaks or being tortuga boys. I got every penny's worth I was paying for.

The only hiccups were that the guys ran out of moving pads about 80% of the way through the job. Four dozen pads sounds like a lot but we needed probably twice that. They also ran out of shrink wrap right at the very end of the job. My move involved A LOT of furniture for the size of the space so maybe yours is less, but I would insist on at least six dozen pads if I were to do it again.

In sum total I am very satisfied with the move and with Honest A's. He kept me on time and actually under the budget we had agreed to in the beginning. I found out at the end of the job that Aaron is a retired Marine, which Is probably part of the reason I gravitated towards him in the initial selection process. I'm very glad that I picked Honest A's, and I enthusiastically recommend his services.

I loved these guys!! I moved a two bedroom home cross-country. Ernie and his crew packed and loaded my truck. My move would not have been the same without them. They were easy - always smiling, professional, knowledgeable and hardworking...meticulous packers and loaders...helping beyond the call of duty with a few extras that come with moving cross-country. Ernie knew how worried I was about my fine china and packed it with such care that, in spite of the rough handling by my movers on this side, nothing broke. At least 60 boxes and nothing broke or spilled. Perfection!!

This was my first time hiring movers and I am very satisfied with the job they did. After reading reviews and comparing them to a few other choices I gave Mr A a call and he explained the process and the pricing very clearly to me. The day of the move the 2 gentlemen we had hired gave us a call before they headed out and were flexible when we had to wait to get our rental truck. The movers were very experienced and handled our goods with care as well as being extremely polite. I was impressed with how well they packed our truck and with how quickly they worked. We did not need their services to drive or unload our truck, but again I was happy with how well everything stayed put during the drive and how easy it was for us to unload the truck.
We would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and careful mover to load their possessions.

Well, now that the dust is settling, I have an opportunity to finally post my experience with this moving company. From the moment I called to request a quote I was greeted in the most professional and friendly manner. I'm unfamiliar with hiring movers and I asked a lot of questions, not once did I hear and irritated tone in the man's voice that I spoke to you. I thought that was off to a good start.

The day before moving day, I received a phone call with details of the arrival and went over everything. The next morning, I received another call from the gentleman who I spoke with in the very beginning, I believe his name is Al. I was given the names of the two guys that would be arriving, also their phone numbers. They arrived and I must say they DID the damn thing!! Hustled and got our stuff out fast and safely, no dents or scratches... Flawless work!

Oh and no gimmicks on my quote, it was right to the T nothing extra or hidden fees..

I moved Beaumont to Redlands. The guys did great. I shopped around for rates and they were half the price of everyone else. Very professional and showed up on time. They worked really fast and took care of my stuff. I moved into an old Victorian place and they were careful to not scratch anything up or wake my neighbors baby downstairs. I'll call them again if I need help moving. Owner was very nice, no hassle or last minute charges.

I have moved a few times in my life and cringe everytime. It is always a hassle, movers have been bulls in a china store, and the time line is usually not met, so the price goes up at the end of the day. With Black Belt Movers, it was a totally different story. Art, one of the owners, personally came over to preview the move, take pictures and give a quote. The quote I got earlier in the week from another company, was over the phone, no guarantee of pricing and quite frankly, not a very friendly person on the other end. It was as if I were doing them a favor. Not with Art, very professional, very thorough and just a really nice guy. There was a minimum and a maximum price quoted. It was great to know that no matter how long it took, we were guaranteed a price. The crew on moving day was the best! Professional, very careful and hardworking! At the end of the day, our final price came under the max quoted, who does that? Art, Rodney, Tim and Edgar, honestly, the best group of movers I have ever experienced. Awesome!!! I scheduled a team of two to unload my 22 foot truck. They knocked it out in just over two hours. They even helped with the tow trailer I had because I just could not unhitch it, it was too heavy.

If I could give six stars I would. I selected Honest A's because of all of the excellent yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. My first point of contact was Aaron who made me feel comfortable about the move and taken care of. I had a complicated move, with three stops to pick up furniture I had purchased from different homes but Aaron said they could handle it without a problem. The day of the move, one of the movers (Bert) called early to let me know that he was picking up the truck and would be there shortly. When I saw the movers I was a little worried, they were so young! Would they treat my hard earned possessions with care? I needn't have worried, they were extremely conscientious and double wrapped everything. It started pouring rain early in the day so they had the water to contend with, but they ensured that everything was protected. John and Chris worked so hard from 8am to 7:30pm. We filled up the truck after two stops so we had to unload and then go to the third stop, which really increased our time. I overheard them talking about plans they had that night, but they never rushed or skipped a step. They worked steadily and even took the time at the end to set up my kids' beds and hook up my washer. They were unflagging in their work and I only saw them take a break once to wolf down some lunch. I rented a 20 foot truck from U-Haul but chickened out when it came to driving that monster home. Aaron's Guys drove it for me, for a small additional fee. We had some very large office furniture downstairs, and a large bedroom set upstairs that I knew would be hellish to move.

Those two guys (John and Chris) worked their butts off, in very hot weather, for five hours straight. They operated like a well-oiled machine. Extremely polite and and careful. I just can't say enough good things about them. My husband and I were astounded by their work ethic.

We were so impressed with the job they did, we had them come back and move the stuff in storage to the new house. First thing the next morning, a new team of guys showed up and moved another entire 20 ft truckload for us.

Once again, the movers (Ernie & Jose) were incredibly hard working, conscientious and polite. Where does Aaron find these guys? He's sure got a gift for hiring great employees. They finished up quickly and we were able to return the truck within the 1-day rental!

I was a bit concerned about having a company I knew nothing about moving my stuff into our new place, but I took the chance and don't regret it at all.  Aaron (owner of Honest A's?) talked with me on the phone before I went online and reserved 2 men for 2 hours to unload a U-Haul U-Box.  Aaron was very reassuring on the phone and found my online request in no time to confirm that it all went through.  Chris called an hour beforehand to confirm the location and he and John showed up (a little late, but they had multiple jobs that Friday) and went to work...and I mean WORK!!  These two guys rocked it out and had a packed U-Box unloaded and up a fight of stairs in less than an hour.  Professional, very polite and respectful.  This is the ONLY way to get your stuff unloaded...If I had known how easy this was I would have hired them to load my stuff.  Thanks, Aaron...great job.  5 STAR job

Julian and Joe did a great job.  Arrived on time and did the the job right.  Everything in the truck arrived in place and in perfect condition!

Move started well, the men showed up on time and worked efficiently.  The move was scheduled for 4 hours, but it was pretty obvious the pack up was not going to be finished in two hours.  The movers were good about letting me know the time, and I was okay if it took an extra couple hours.  The only thing that I was not happy with was that they were unable to move my refrigerator in, the doors had to be removed and they were unable to do this.  However, they did bring in someone that could do it.  I really appreciate all the help from  Honest A's , and a special thanks to the owner for living up to his name.

Aaron and his assistant gave us very good service and we will certainly ask them to move us again when we buy a house.  They called us as promised an hour before arriving to do the move and arrived on time as the U-Haul pulled up. They packed the truck carefully and expertly even helped to disassemble and then re-assemble some of the furniture, like my electric hospital bed which couldn't be moved whole.  They were polite, helpful and jovial through the whole move which made it a pleasure to have their assistance. Easy to setup an appointment for them to unpack the moving truck I rented. The guys got there a little early, but helped out for the full allotted time even being so nice as to rearrange some items so the rooms could be complete.

Honest A's is the finest moving company I have ever had the pleasure of working with.  I have never seen two men hustle as much as Ernie and Julian did.  They were amazing, courteous, and treated our furniture and other items as if they were their own.  There was nothing broken or even harmed in the move.  They were extremely careful.  They also saved me money by being able to remove boxes from my storage unit and place them in the truck with the furniture.

With regards to customer service, they are second to none.  Getting to speak directly to the owner, Aaron, who listened to everyone of my concerns and who even handled the change in moving dates, was a joy.  He made me feel that I had placed my move in the right hands.

Aaron even went one step further and arranged a housekeeping service for me, as I was concerned about the old house I was leaving.  The housekeepers were sensational.  I have never seen my old house look so clean from the baseboards all the way up to my ceiling fans and everything else in between.

Great guys! We hired 4 guys for three hours and they moved all of our furniture quickly and safely. The guys were friendly and nice to be around. They made sure everything was in the correct rooms before leaving and made sure we were happy. Hopefully we won't be moving again, but if we do, we would use them again in a heartbeat!

Honest A's came through for me. We were scheduled to move on a Sunday but the move date got bumped up to Saturday last minute. Honest A's pulled through; after moving an apartment on a third floor without an elevator for ten hours, honest A's was at my door. Ernie and his partner moved fast and efficient despite the long day.

I had such a good experience with them I had Honest A's move my mom the next weekend. That crew wasn't quite as fast but they got the job done.

I was extremely skeptical of this moving company I made the reservation online through Uhaul and moving help.  I spoke with Aaron and arranged the time and place.  He then called me the next day to see if I wanted to hire their services.  I was confused as I was expecting them in a few hours, and they are a couple hours away from us.  He had one of his movers Ernie call me and we made arrangements for a time and place. Ernie and his helper showed up and were AMAZING! They were fast, professional and extremely careful.  They did a really great job.  The confusion of dealing with Aaron was replaced by the great job Ernie and his helper did.  I can't speak highly enough of Ernie and his helper. These guys are absolutely awesome. Aaron and Chris arrived at my house at 9:00AM and immediately went to work. They worked non-stop for 5.5 hours, even when I asked them to take a break, they continued to work. What impressed me the most was that I had underestimated how much stuff we had and rented a 17 ft truck instead of 20ft, and as result, we had some furniture that didn't fit on the truck. Luckily for me, Aaron had his own pickup truck with him and volunteered to use it to move the rest of my furniture. I have moved a few times in my life time and have dealt with a dozen or so moving companies, Honest A's is by FAR the BEST movers I have ever dealt with.
